Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original bio-based packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in new, resellable condition.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives your return, we will inspect the items and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
